The Most fattening Holiday Drink

What is the absolutely most fattening drink you can have this holiday season? EGGNOG!
Even though it has far more nutritional value than a can of soda, one glass of eggnog tipically has over 200 calories and about 60% of the saturated fat you should have in a day.
Store bought eggnog is usually unnecessarily sweet (carbs: check) and can often be made with egg substitutes and all kinds of artificial ingredients, such as imitation vanilla, saccharides and food coloring.
For a healthier alternative, try the Trader Joe’s Low fat Eggnog (90% less fat) or make it yourself at home with whole milk instead of using half and half (or god forbid heavy cream), plenty of spices and raw eggs (an excellent source of nutrients for the brain).
